    PSI is looking for a Top Employee to join our Top Workplace team as an ESL TEACHER in the CLEVELAND area.  We currently have Full and Part time positions available.  The ideal candidate will have previous TESOL experience at the K-8 level and a valid Ohio Department of Education license.

    • Instruct English according to best practices and research-based methods.

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Must have a current ODE teaching license with an TESOL Endorsement or willing to get a Long Term Substitute license with TESOL endorsement
    • Must have experience teaching English as a Second language
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Collaborative, constructive team building skills are required
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and other staff members. 
    • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and use sound judgment in all aspects of the job

    If hired, candidate must complete a BCI/FBI Background check and be in compliance with Ohio Administrative Code Rule 3301-20-01.
