    psi  is looking for an ESL TEACHER in the TOLEDO area.  This position would be 3 days a week with the potential to increase as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Instruct English according to best practices and research-based methods.
    • Provide language instruction that supports multiple learning styles and ability levels
    • Align language lesson plans with the school’s approved curriculum and educational standards.
    • Work in conjunction with families to support goals for student language development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Must have a current ODE teaching license with an TESOL Endorsement or a Long Term Substitute license with endorsement
    • Must have experience teaching English as a Second language
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Collaborative, constructive team building skills are required
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and other staff members. 
    • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and use sound judgment in all aspects of the job


    If hired, candidate must complete a BCI/FBI Background check and be in compliance with Ohio Administrative Code Rule 3301-20-01.
